Dear Anne

I have received a [?] concerning the Sounds Systems exhibition we organised at the Fortune Hotel. Please find details of the complaint [?] below, as well as my suggested solutions. A copy of the original complaint is [?] for your reference.

1. Online Registration System

Attendees had [?] registering online for the event. These problems with the online registration system [?] to have been due to the capacity of the server. For future events I [?] we upgrade our hardware to enhance our service to our customers.

2. Venue Size

Another problem was [?] to the size of the venue and [?] over-crowding. Those attending the event complained that there was a possibility of [?] due to the large crowds. The [?] sized venue was booked as we did not expect the exhibition to be so popular, so I suggest in [?] we make better estimates and then book a larger venue for [?] events.

3. Lack of Leaflets

The popularity of the exhibition meant that at times there was a [?] of leaflets. In future we could make sure a larger number are printed and also [?] the number each person can take by employing distributers. I think it would also be a good idea to have an e-version of the leaflets in order to [?] our commitment to sustainability. This would also be more cost [?] than printing leaflets which in the end are not taken.

Perhaps in way of compensation we can offer the [?] free tickets to a future event as well as electronic copies of the leaflets he could not take.
